poem feed (What is a feed?)

Holding onto these windswept moors,
Laquered with cloud resplendent,
This breeze is battering the life,
Into bulwarked defendants,
And so the rain is tarried long,
For gracious an amendment,
And faithfully the walk a joy,
For those who walk dependent.

Poems written on this day in years gone by:

The end of putting off,
The strings do sag in sight,
Too full of understanding I forwent,
But now I'll learn it right,
I'll memorise to see it fresh,
In technicolour glaze that layers on,
Fashioning a seat for future knowledge and finesse.

Allegiance to the King,
Not earthly but divine,
Become a babe and fell in line,
So forever I can sing.

All glory to the throne,
Preeminent in all ways,
For He alone was slain,
So I am clean and known.

Bouncing off the walls,
Ecstatic but you're caught lacking,
And you're slapped back a bit,
Bouncing down to the front of the back,
And it's time to wait your turn again,
Tick tock and the clacking hands click into place,
Waiting's over and the ball is clattering,
Tapping and packing punches to the floor and you whack it,
And you roar again at the wildest plays,
It seems we're bouncing off the walls today.
