poem feed (What is a feed?)
previous poems
Poems written on this day in years gone by:
Onwards to the depths,
Of furious functions just constrained,
Leviathan sewn into the far flung edges of this plane,
He etches shadows of grand myth on obscure space,
All contours seem to breathe with every chase,
The maddened sprawl to infinity in its breadth.
Guitar strings six,
Wobble at my passing tips,
They resound with slips,
Hammer-ons and runs to fix,
A beautiful tune -
A melody that begets a smile.
Clak, clink, kungf,
And the chains are sprawled down,
Down on the ground,
Shattered and defeated,
Heavy and repeated,
-ly they're broken daily,
All for a wonderful streak,
BC to AD a billion million combo,
That's neat.
How amazing,
Is this chain shaking saviour,
Blood stained maker,
Beautiful creator,
And he will continue tomorrow.
