poem feed (What is a feed?)

How I long to look,
At worlds through sweeter lens,
Find moment in the age,
And whisper on the ends,

For beauty is cruel kept,
Within the memory,
On charge of never death,
It must be seized.

Poems written on this day in years gone by:

Brought right into fold,
Piling one by one I see -
This world of yours,
All its rules and many games,
All the little gaps you've made,
For me to fit right in,
So thanks.

Sudden reunion,
Flash flooding the house to fullness,
The walls are painted with the clinking cutlery,
And the tide recedes.

True love isn't blind or silly,
It's calm and dedicated,
Loving truth and depending,
Not isolated and vacant,
But real and tolerating,
Forgiving and gracious,
Steady still in hard places,
By the power of God we know such love.
